Sometimes our clients are very aware that they need such a process. Other times they don’t really understand what their architect has prepared for them, until some of the serious shortcomings are demonstrated and shown to be lacking in consideration. We utilize the layout adjustment process to fully explore the apartment design and rationalize all planning and layout shortcomings.

This process often easily pays for itself through the improvement in the eventually apartment layouts, there salability and ultimately improve presentation. All MEP & Structure adjustments are also captured by this process so that the actual construction can be done to a high order of completeness and refinement.

The Risemount apartments were a tough assignment given that so many parameters were already locked it. Fortunately, the client team including the development and sales and marketing team quickly saw the improvements that were possible and could realize real sales and marketing advantages before construction had progressed too far.

Upon making these adjustments, the apartment interior design progressed quickly and with a high level of refinement now being possible to achieve especially in the wet area designs and general arrangements of the living areas.This project enjoyed a highly successful sales campaign and has set new benchmarks for residential apartments developments within the Danang marketplace.
