As construction progresses on the Premier Residence site, the Sun Group Chairman determined to convert the proposed landscaped terrace roof over the pool side club house to an open-air roof top bar. Working closely with the Project Management Unit, the Darkhorse team have designed a free-flowing hospitality landscape with a new covered bar and several distinctive seating areas for over 200 guests. This elevated position has a clear view over Kem Beach and will be the perfect relax area after dining at the barbeque sea food clubhouse below.
Making good apartments in a circular plan can be a challenge. Darkhorse redesigned all layouts to resolve the 'square peg in a round hole problem' and rationalized all planning and coordination issues. As a part of a hotel offer, the apartments are generous in façade areas and provided a full list of components request by the operator that were not originally allowed for (baths & Hollywood twin beds). Premier Residence opens May 2018.
