A diversity of drinking and dining experiences are offered from bar top dining, leaners looking at the Saigon Skyline, individual tables, community tables, and a group dining room.

The venue is designed as a comfortable place for individual hotel guests to local regulars to come and enjoy the high-quality food and beverage offer in a slightly raw but fully engaging dining experience.

To says it’s a huge success is an understatement. This first restaurant has now morphed into two Accor Branded restaurants of Mad Cow located in other Asian Pullman city hotels, and the offshoot Mad Fish brand that is a Pullman Resort branded signature restaurant.

Darkhorse is preparing the first Mad Fish, to be completed in the Pullman Resort Sonasea Van Don Harbor City.
